Funny how employee survey always come and go like a wind. No action taken because most bosses will just say “We can’t satisfy everyone”. And that’s it. The money used to create and manage the survey will be gone forever.
1 year later, the exact same lines will be used and the exact same outcome will happen. Why waste the money?

Ya lah! very the trueee!! i hate it..then why waste the time doing a survey and arguing over the outcome when nothing is being done…Goshh! Horrible!
