People do tend to complain a lot about their previous companies even though they should not do that during a job interview. It’s bad for your reputation and you never know if your job interviewer actually knows your ex-boss. So choose your words wisely and answer positively during the job interview.

Positive thinking? Don’t complain with yourself too if possible, solve the problems. Sometimes when you look at this more openly, there is nothing to complain about.
