I think the bosses would be very happy with this kind of manager – someone who is able to ‘nurture’ the employees’ mindset to become a ‘working machine’.

    Haha, that’s exactly what happened to a friend of mine. He recently joined a company as a first-time manager and after the first week, people were grumbling abut how much work they had to do. But the boss loves him so far. lol…
