Companies love loyal employees. In fact, that’s one of the most important pre-requisites when they look for people. On the other hand, they also don’t want to hire useless people who failed their technical test. Hmmm, I thought useless people (or in a nicer term, less talented people) are the one who can’t find a job easily outside? Doesn’t that make these useless or less talented people, loyal employees?
Conclusion, companies have conflicting policies – they want good people, and they want loyal people.
