Sometimes, one just needs to have the initiatives to be busy in a workplace

There are times when we have to go through off-peak periods in the workplace (er…for some companies, the ‘times’ can be MOST OF THE TIME). It’s really up to us to find some useful and beneficial stuff to do. Things like Facebook and Youtube can be quite useful, if you know how to use them in the right way.

…which brings to the next statement – companies should not block them. :P

    You got to keep your boss informed as well even though you make yourself busy. Of course if personal stuff, then it is different story. :)

    personal stuff time allocation 90%. work-related 10%. just tell the 10% to the boss :P
