Loyal employee vs job hopper

Who says job hopper is bad for the company which hires him? :P

Job hoppers can be bad for the company which hires them but each time they join a company, they will most probably work hard in order to impress. On the other hand, a loyal employee may take the company for granted and starts to slack a lot.

Don’t believe? Try to observe. Most newcomers always come in on time, if not earlier. But the old employees will always come in late. :P

Depends on how serious is the job hopping. If few months, then i don’t think you should hire. If 1 to 2 years, it should be okay. Job hopping itself, can be quite subjective depending on the interviewer. But either way, there are always pros n cons. And for me, hiring a job hopper is always better than keeping a useless employee.

While working hop for another job is quite risky because sometimes we also need to apply leave to attend interview and difficult to arrange it after work.

if they insist, then you’ll have to either leave work early or take half day :) so it’s up to u to consider if the job opportunity is worth the effort

erm perhaps its time to reflect on urself and see what actually went wrong? 15 failed interviews is not a small amount.

i wont encourage you to take unpaid leave or MC…not very ethical. but you should know if its necessary to do so.
