Again, this is actually based on a true story told by a friend of mine. :P So guys and girls, do realize that your Facebook profile is search-able especially the main page. So anyone will be able to see your profile picture. Remember to only post up decent ones as the profile picture. :D

    I found that some of the interviewer said that “you need to come for second interview”.We can consider our application is unsuccessful.

    if 2nd interview, normally is to discuss package. so, maybe that particular company is a bit unique?

    Normally to discuss package via telephone can be discussed.As a result,second interview most probably is cheating the candidate.Better consider unsucessful.

    normally 2nd interview is for the bosses/directors to see u la. and to discuss benefits n packages. if u keep thinking that it is to cheat the candidate, then all the best to u.

    If bosses/directors want to see the candidate,they should arrange it on the first interview not arranging second interview.

    big companies normally wont be that way. it’ll be hiring manager and the HR for the 1st round, and then only the directors n bosses for the second round. if the company is not big, then yes, the bosses and directors will see the candidate in the first round

    That means the policy for big companies are very lousy and cannot be accepted.Moreover,very hard to work with them,only know how to force people to stay in current companies.Very coaxing.
