This is Mitch when he first started working in the company. At that time, the company was still a startup and had no money for an office. But well, at least he could work from home!

So the next time you go for a job interview and the company allows you to work from home as long as you like, please make sure you check out the company’s address first.

In the past, I’ve had funny experiences during conference calls with other people from other countries – baby crying “papa papa, i want milk”, cats meowing, cars honking, etc. Actually quite distracting when you’re in the midst of discussing some serious issues. Perhaps should learn not to have conference calls after office hour and definitely not from home……unless they can mute their phones

p/s…. i am considering posting on Mondays instead of Sundays. Still thinking.
