Who says job hopper is bad for the company which hires him?

Job hoppers can be bad for the company which hires them but each time they join a company, they will most probably work hard in order to impress. On the other hand, a loyal employee may take the company for granted and starts to slack a lot.

Don’t believe? Try to observe. Most newcomers always come in on time, if not earlier. But the old employees will always come in late.

Don't worry if you've failed the test during interview, you might still get hired!

Companies love loyal employees. In fact, that’s one of the most important pre-requisites when they look for people. On the other hand, they also don’t want to hire useless people who failed their technical test. Hmmm, I thought useless people (or in a nicer term, less talented people) are the one who can’t find a job easily outside?  Doesn’t that make these useless or less talented people, loyal employees?

Conclusion, companies have conflicting policies – they want good people, and they want loyal people.
