I think the bosses would be very happy with this kind of manager – someone who is able to ‘nurture’ the employees’ mindset to become a ‘working machine’.

If you’re wondering what makes the interviewer thinks that the guy won’t hack his bank account… well, he’s the only one who knows this guy is a hacker. :D So he should be making some precautionary steps :D
